Karin Mueller, founder & CEO
Karin has 25 years of professional experience , including a 16 year international career in a top 10 FTSE company, specialising in corporate communications, reputation management, and sustainability.
She has worked across many different industries, including consultancy, tech, financial services / banking, law firms, retail, the automotive sector, the entertainment industry, and the charity sector.
Karin has a great passion for exploring and understanding life from different perspectives. She has travelled to all seven continents, worked across many different cultures and lived in Germany, the UK and the US. She is infinitely curious about people, their views, their backgrounds and their ambitions, what drives and constrains them.
Her expertise comes from her professional and personal experience paired with extensive training, and a style that emphasises approachability, personal integrity, and a good dose of pragmatism.
Karin was born and raised in Germany. She holds a master’s degree in business from Göttingen University. She sits on the board of directors of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, and a member of Chief.

Sonia is a certified coach specialised in communications, work performance and mental wellbeing. She combines 10 years of coaching practice with 20+ years of corporate communications expertise to help her clients overcome challenges and thrive. A citizen of the world, she has lived in four different countries and travelled to more than 50. She is based in Belgium and works with clients in English, Spanish and French.

An executive coach and leadership consultant, Jacqueline brings a wealth of practical experience to her work, with over 25 years corporate experience in senior leadership and consulting roles. She helps others perform at their best, often by recognising previously undiscovered strengths and building the confidence to succeed. Jacqueline underpins this with a focus on building resilience as careers evolve and develop.
Greg Arthur
Coach, Facilitator, Consultant
Greg has over 10 years' experience in change management and coaching. He relates through story-telling, is empathetic and solution-orientated, and always sees the bright side. He is a natural facilitator, based on curiosity and mediation (as well as years performing as an amateur actor and singer).Originally from South Africa, he is based in London where he is often out running, swimming, practising yoga or exploring.

She draws on 15 years of blue chip consulting and industry experience to help individuals grow, teams develop and business benefit. She is an expert in creating a safe space for individuals to explore how they interact and to connecting at a deep and challenging level.

Georgie is an accredited Leadership Coach and Team Coach Practitioner. Before becoming a coach, she spent 15 years in commercial and people & culture leadership roles in fast growth, scaling businesses.
Grounded in psychological theory and rigour, her style is open, honest, empathetic and respectfully provocative. And while taking her work very seriously, she loves humour and has the ability to always see the funny side.
Katrin B. Charlton

Katrin is an executive coach with 15 years international experience in the banking and investment industry. Born in Germany, she has lived in three different countries before settling in the UK. Her business background along with her life experience and her coaching expertise form the foundation of her work. She particularly focuses on helping business leaders, entrepreneurs and their teams connect with their values, strengths and purpose so they can accelerate in their roles and deliver lasting impact. Katrin works in English and German.
Chaya Mistry

An expert in leadership and communication, Chaya helps people to lead and communicate in a more human way. She has been coaching teams and individuals in organisations and as an independent coach since 2010, helping clients to build self-awareness that radiates into effective relationships, emotional intelligence and a mindset of curiosity and growth. She is an experienced group and team coach, a communication skills trainer and consultant. Chaya is based in The Netherlands.
